For the past decade and a half, Brad’s had the honor and privilege of representing some of the best run businesses in the world.  Brad’s practice focuses on helping businesses resolve their issues, whether that be through litigation, commercial transactions, or M&A deals.  Brad’s biggest legal accomplishment is receiving repeat business from his clients–all of which have hired him for another matter after their first and end up being with Brad for years.

Brad is one of a handful of Houston lawyers licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, all Texas federal courts, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals (Washington, DC), the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals (New Orleans, LA), the United States Patent & Trademark Office (Washington, DC), and the International Trade Commission (Washington, DC).  Brad has been featured by the Houston Chronicle, Fox News, Telemundo, Law360, and the Kingwood Observer.

  • 2024-(Houston, Texas)(Breach of Contract) – Brad represented a Houston based oilfield equipment company in a breach of contract suit relating to executive compensation issues.
  • 2023–(Waco, Texas)(Patent Infringement)–Brad represented a Norway Oilfield equipment company in a suit involving casing float technology.
  • 2023–(Houston, Texas)(Breach of Contract, Fraud, Breach of Warranties, and Negligent Misrepresentations)–Brad represented a construction company in a dispute over construction at the VA hospital in New Orleans.
  • 2023–(Woodlands, Texas)(Trademark Infringement)–Brad represented a large restaurant group in relation to allegations of trademark infringement.
  • 2023–(Sugar Land, Texas)(Fraud and Conversion)–Brad represented a pipeline construction company in a case against cyber criminals.
  • 2023–(Seguin, Texas)(Breach of Contract)–Brad represented an Oklahoma based Solar Energy company in a breach of contract dispute against a former employee.
  • 2022–(Fort Worth, Texas)(Breach of Contract)–Brad represented a New Jersey consulting firm in a case relating to the sale of a pet pharmaceutical company.
  • 2022–(Washington, DC)(Federal Patent Infringement Appeal)–Brad represented a Houston based oilfield instrumentation company before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
  • 2022–(Houston, Texas)(Patent Infringement)–Brad represented a Houston based oilfield instrumentation company in a case to stop a competitor from infringing its patent on a drilling fluid test machine.
  • 2021–(Washington, DC)(Illegal Importation)–Brad represented a Houston based oilfield drill bit company in a case to stop the illegal importation of competing, knock-off drill bits from China.
  • 2021–(Dallas, Texas)(Breach of Contract)–Brad represented a Dallas based oilfield equipment company in a breach of contract case against a former Oklahoma distributor.
  • 2021–(Fort Worth, Texas)(Breach of Contract and Tortious Interference)–Brad represented a Houston based oilfield equipment company against claims stemming from a non-compete agreement of a new employee.
