B&L prevailed over international law firm of Fish & Richardson on all disputed patent claim terms in a patent claim construction proceeding relating to a dual-eccentric reamer lawsuit before U.S. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes.  Judge Hughes’ adoption of B&L’s claim constructions pave the way for a finding of infringement against Stabil Drill’s accused Smoothbore^TM Eccentric Reamer.
